Had full service with timing belt replaced and loads of other bits done whilst it was in for the MOT. 

Rear of the chassis has been replaced a few years ago with the rest of the chassis in good condition - has had some welding done and all four outriggers replaced. 

Bulkhead showing signs of surface rust but is an easy repair. 

Has a noisy rear diff which sounds as though it needs a refurb but it doesn't affect the way it drives. 

Engine pulls like a beast and starts on the button every time. 

Previous owner upgraded various bits on the engine which is proven in the way it drives. 

Trundles along at 60-70 on the motorway regardless of what it's pulling! 

Will come with a few bits n bobs including a set of white heavy duty Weller steel wheels and will be sold on wolf wheels (third photo) (33" TYRES/WHEELS FOR SALE SEPARATELY)

You are looking at a lovely well cared for example of a top of the rangeLand Rover Defender 90 Tdci XS, first registered in September 2009. Sorry about the quality of the pics but the weather is shocking here. I will add more when I get the chance!  It is in exceptional condition throughout having had just one former keeper ( last keeper a lady since the Landy was 12 months old ) and a mileage of just 90,000. The chassis, bulkhead and rear cross member are all of course in great shape. The bodywork is excellent and the interior is lovely and clean. It starts on the button and drives beautifully with no issues. It comes with a full service history and is motd until September 2019. Being the top of the range XS model it is a lovely high spec which includes metallic paint, colour coded wheel arches and roof, Alpine lights, full internal roof lining, thick pile carpets, half leather seating, heated front seats, heated front screen, cd/tuner, air conditioning, electric windows, central locking, alarm/immobiliser, Land Rover Boost alloy wheels, mud flaps, side runners and a towbar with electrics. This stunning deep bronze green defender has had our theatment from top to bottom ,the immaculate chassis has been wax oiled and undersealed all the body cappings ,windscreen frame and hinges have been powder coated silver to resemble a series land rover,the axles brakes and suspension all overhauled ,new roof lining and led lights all round.A full bodystrip down and respray to the series deep bronze green .And those wide steel wheels ,if there not to your taste we can swop for alloys.Half leather front seats ,fully carpeted and deluxe cubby box.

The engine has been serviced and we have added a engine ecu remap to give this td5 more power and better mpg ,its runs like clockwork.

There are many more small parts that  have fitted to return this low mileage td5 back to its former glory it is a must to view if you are interested.

For sale my much loved 90 XS TD5. If you are looking then I guess you know what this is! Its not the fastest, or most comfortable car on the road, but it is brilliant, and this particular model is surely THE most sought after and set to increase in value.

New battery, new brake disks/caplipers all round, tyres all great, just MOT'ed last week (needed a track rod end).

This is not a mint example, but inside is excellent, no mechanical issues, apart from the bottom of the doors no significant rust. I looked at lots before buying this and at this price its great value. No negiotiation whatsoever, if you don't want it, don't buy it! Collection from near J25 of the M1, Derby.
