Sellers Comments - This is my 1988 4 door range rover which is for spares or repair, I bought to strip for parts for my race car but I think its too good to break up, its had one previouis owner and done 113k miles. it does need welding to get it through an mot but think its mainly the sills as the chassis looks ok, I have onlky had a quick look though. the interior is in very good condition with no damage or wear on the seats but does need a clean and the headlining has dropped like most. I haven't had it running but it does turn over and you can hear the fuel pump running so I think its probably old diesel not letting it start.

Police Range Rover P38 - 1997 4.0 V8 - Greater Manchester Police - Jam Sandwich £5995 ONO

Sellers Cooments 1997 4.0 V8 Auto Range Rover P38 Genuine Greater Manchester Police Motorway Car This wonderful car needs a new home as funds and space are required for my other on going police restoration project. A small fortune has been spent on this P38 at 4W Motors Solihull to ensure that mechanically it really is quite excellent. It has all new air suspension, ball joints, track rod ends, bushes and more underneath. The Auto Box has been serviced and the engine serviced and fettled and is truly superb. It goes like a train and sounds great, as you'd expect a V8 to do. The tyres are brand new, the alloy wheels refurbished, the interior including steering wheel and complete dashboard has been replaced with a clean, fresh one and the headlining is very good indeed. The heated windscreen has been replaced and works a treat. All livery and equipment fitted is to correct period specification, the car retains its calibrated speedometer and the "bells and whistles" do exactly as what you'd expect them to do - I don't think I need to explain! Some kit is, of course, not active such as the radio as you'd expect, the dot matrix requires a handset and the police spec. interior light has yet to be sourced. Whilst beautifully presented as you can see there is, in my somewhat fussy opinion, room for improvement as with any 20 year old car should you so wish - or just enjoy it as it is. The car itself is well known in Range Rover and Classic Police Car circles. It has appeared at the Classic Car Show North West twice and been highly praised - if you do an image search on P572ERJ it has certainly been well photographed over the years that I have owned it. The mileage showing is 108,000 - but this is without any doubt wrong. The MOT expires in late September and the MOT history is available online. A service record from previous civilian owners is not present - which is why I went to town on its servicing! I have the V5 here, it's registered in my name and the car is in storage very near to my home address. The car comes with a "road kit" so that it can be driven legally on the road and all equipment can be isolated quite simply. 1993 LAND ROVER RANGEROVER VOGUE EFI WESTMINSTER GREY 1 year MOT, Excellent Condition, Used as holiday car

Extremely reluctant sale, but no longer required as the family has grown up. This car has been used for family holidays in the Highlands of Scotland for over 10 years. It hasn't done any serious off-roading, but has been been used on single-track roads and sometimes unmettled tracks. It has towed and launched boats and carried bicycles. Most of the time, It has been garaged waiting for holiday time. Its been fitted with many extras for our leisure use.

It has an enormous history file detailing some of the owners and much of the servicing and work done over the years. The lower tailgate was replaced 5 years ago, and the upper was replaced with an aluminium version. The rear load area floor was replaced with a fabricated unit by specialists James Fench of Witney around 5 years ago. After wrestling with the air suspension (it was not reliable) I replaced it with spings. I regularly go over the car after holidays and any paint bubbles or scratches are coated with anti-rust and painted. It was rustproofed at "before n' after" just under 10 years ago.

Note that this car is over 20 years old and while it has been regularly used and well looked after, it has some minor body dents (see photos) and the roof lining is drooping. There is a blow from the exhaust manifold (its been there for the last 8 years). The aircon doesn't work (not really needed in Inverness) and the blower stopped working at Christmas.  I have just driven it down from Inverness to Didcot and she didn't miss a beat. I cannot, however, describe the car and its faults or wear and tear in full and you must see it and judge its value for yourself.

The car has been serviced regularly and used about 3 times a year for last 10 years during holidays. It comes with a large history file and 1 years MOT.  Available to view near Didcot. First offer of £3,950 secures

1988 Range Rover Classic 3.5,

Sellers Comments - 1988 Range Rover Classic 3.5, Auto Here we have my 1988 Range Rover Classic. I put this back on the road in December last year, she had been sat since 2007 in a barn. The body on this car is very solid, has had some small areas of welding done in the past. Chassis is solid too. Sadly the last owner hand painted the outer body work! Was originally Cyprus green and in my opionion wants going back to that! Having said that with a good steam clean i think alot of the paint would come off! Inside is very clean and tidy, only fault is the usual tear on the edge of drivers seat, also the back adjustment doesn't work. Otherwise inside is all very good, has a new 2 piece headlining too. (Although not pictured I have the cover for the spare wheel and the surround) Everything works as it should, ie windows, aircon, blowers and central locking. Drives very well, sits on a 2" lift and bigger tyres, but still handles very well. Auto box changes up and down very smoothly. Has plenty of go in it, I serviced the engine in December with all new plugs, leads, dizzy cap, rotary arm, filters ect (all electrical bits were genuine part). Also at the same time replaced all brake pads all round, two new rear calipers, rear A frame ball joint, fuel tank sender unit, thermostat, Inlet Manifold/Valley gasket, front timing cover on engine (original one was broken round the water pump housing!), all drive new belts. As of last week i replaced the radiator with a brand new one, as she was getting warm, its never overheated since I have owned it, however since fitting this the system seems to be airlocked, and temperature reads normal/ a little over, but heater will be blowing cold air, then it will blow warm and it will drop again, which suggest to me its air locked still! It also has a blow on the exhuast too on the down pipe. I'm selling this as a running on the road project car as she wants tidying up or of corse use as she is for abit of green laneing but also because of the problem just mentioned. This is a great way to get into Range Rover Classic Ownership and although the paintwork may not look pretty she is a good solid base to make something real nice from! It also has LPG, it currently is disconnected in the engine bay ( I never ran it on it) But is all there for if you wanted to reconnect, has twin underslung tanks. MoT'd until December 2016. Log book present and in my name, have a folder of history for it too. I would strongly advise comeing to view, please feel free to ask any questions The car is located near East Dereham, Norfolk - Selling as I have 4 other Range Rover Classics on the road and some Series Land Rovers, and cannot Justify having this one any longer! Range Rover Classic - in good condition - Tow bar and roof rack

Sellers Comments - 3.5 V8 Vogue It was in the previous owners possession for nearly 20 years, It has been maintained regardless of cost. The clock is showing 32k, but judging by the mot history and old speedometer present, the mileage is roughly 100k It comes with 8 months MOT Nov 2016 I have 2 big boxes of spare parts with the car, lots of new service items. It has recently been serviced and drives very well. It comes with a tow bar and front and rear light protectors. The headlining is good and does not sag! like most of them do. The body is showing signs of ageing, a few dents here and there. the inside of the top wings are slightly corroded but apart from that it is very solid. The inside part on the rear doors have been replaced at some point (a common area they rust) The boot lid is very good with no rust, the chassis is excellent with no rust It drives very tight and has clearly been well cared for, it was with the previous owner for over 20 years,

Range Rover Vogue 3.5 V8 Classic

Sellers Comments - Range Rover Vogue Classic in an amazing colour.
Lived in Jersey until 3 years ago hence the low mileage and great condition including the chassis as they didn't salt the roads over there.
Quite a bit of history helping to back up the mileage (was only doing 2-3k per year in Jersey).
It really is a great example and a sought after spec of an appreciating classic.  I've seen these 4 doors sell for £30k+

• Extremely low mileage of 59,402 miles.
• The most eye-catching and appealing colour they made them in.
• Cloth interior is in great condition - and much more user friendly and easier to live with than the leather.
• Full MOT just issued with no advisories.
• Not long since it was serviced.
• Everything works as it should - no electrical gremlins.
• Drives faultlessly well and very smooth.
• I also have original exhaust and rear parcel shelf in the garage.
• Extremely original example
• Original chassis extremely good condition and very solid throughout.

I can't really think of any bad points.  It has had a stereo upgrade at some point although originals can be purchased on eBay.  There are some areas with some paint bubbling and if I was to keep for many more years I would consider a quality re-spray (in the amazing original colour of course) at some point to bring back to it's true, former glory.  These don't really detract the overall look and feel of the car, and the painwork is decent especially for age-  although they are there.
As always, I would recommend you come and view the car if interested in buying.
Only reason for sale is I've got a Defender 110 XS ready for collection on 1 March 2016.
A desirable, fast appreciating classic that is totally reliable and can be enjoyed immediately.

 Range Rover P38 4.0L Petrol auto. 

Exterior: 

Finished in British racing green with no rust to exterior or undercarriage. There are a few minor scratches and age-related marks, however this does not deter from what is a very tidy classic Range Rover. 

Interior:

Tan leather in very good all-around condition. Very slight wear to driver's bolster. 

Mechanical: 

Engine, gearbox and suspension all work as they should. This is an extremely low mileage (69500) vehicle and drives as such - will go up slightly as vehicle is in daily use.  

Faults: 

Gentleman at car wash has managed to break plastic trim underneath rear left window. I will be happy to remove cost of replacement part from price of final sale. 

Small plug for the ceiling trim missing. 

Central locking works via the key for all doors bar one (passenger door).

Rear driver's side window does not work. 

Work carried out on 17/08/2015 (as seen in receipt in pictures above)

I have recently spent £2330 on suspension and interior. I have had a full diagnostic and health check carried out, full service, and replaced:

In summary, If you are looking for a P38, then you will struggle to find a P38 in this condition with this mileage and as mechanically sound.

1994 Range Rover Classic 3.9 Vogue SE Beluga Black

Here we have for sale 'The Black Pearl' she has been in the family for the last 10 years and the previous owner for 5 years and always serviced at the same garage. Up till 2 years ago this was the main family vehicle and has taken the family throughout the UK and regular trips to the West Coast of Scotland and all over France and for a Classic Range Rove has been pretty reliable!!! For thew last 2 years she has been down at the garage that services her with the intention of getting her up together and selling her, which I have now decided to do...........had to wait until my son left home as he was insensed at the thought of her leaving!!! For a 1994 Classic she is in quite good condition, engine and gearbox are smooth, only with the usual clunk when putting her into reverse, has always done this so used to it. Underneath is good all neccessary welding has been done over the years in the usual places, sills and rear cross member and has been regularly waxoiled. Outside is ok with usual age related marks, top tailgate is good, bottom has 2 scabbs on it which can be easily sorted, bonnet is near enough new, replaced 2 years ago and all doors are good, some paint on the door pillars have faded. The inside is in good condition and benefits from a new headlining with all Tan leather seats and walnut trim. The original stereo has been relaced with a more modern system that has a designated usb ipod connection. The original leather seats have been replaced due to the wear and tear and the replacements do not have the memory facility but everything else, try finding and exact replacement!!!!. Also the air suspensilon has been converted back to coils as I was let down on 2 occasions whilst on holiday and had had enough of the air suspension by then, the only thing that really ever let us down!!! There is a whole file of service history, some stamps in a book but all receipts and some parts that I have kept. She is gas converted and has 2 large tanks underneath and works out at the equivalent of 30mpg.........on a 3.9 V8!!!!! Because we went around Europe in her we have an EU gas adaptor so you can fill up on the continent. The Heads were re skimmed at 100,000 miles, plus loads of other stuff over thew years. It is only when you sit down and go through the service history do you then realised how much has been spent on her!!!!!!. There is also a genuine Range Rover plastic boot tray (not in the pictures), and an adjustable tow hitch. She will come with 12 months MOT but no tax. I would recomend viewing and this can be done where she is currently is kept at Finlandya Custom 4x4, Glastonbury, BA6 9LU and is available to view by prior arrangement Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.00 and by prior arrangement on Sat 09.00 - 12.00. Range Rover Vogue Classic 1994 Soft Dash Model Land Rover Classic

Sellers Comments - Range Rover Vogue Classic, 1994. Auto, V8 petrol with TinleyTech LPG system. Utilising two underslung tanks and filler neatly attached to tow bar. Mot January 2016. Comprehensive history file including original leather service wallet. Stamped service record and a plethora of invoices including boot floor replacement, upper tailgate, catalytic converter, service parts, old mot’s etc. etc. Plymouth Blue coachwork now requiring some tlc and parking dent in driver’s door (see images). Further images available on request. Grey cloth original interior trim with good headlining. Runs & drives fine but exhaust manifold has slight leak but is not noisy. Mot until January next year. Sorry, no road tax as transfers at point of sale. It has a warning light on the dash board ‘SRS’ which stays on. This used to go out but has stayed on since doing a job on the indicator stalk.
