Originally built by Nene Overland and later refurbished and updated by Alpine Restoration in late 2017 at great expense. It also had significant work carried out by a Land Rover specialist in 2018 including new genuine Garrett turbocharger and full front suspension rebuild including teflon swivels. Although this is a fantastically spec'd and extremely well maintained and cared for truck, it was built for purpose and certainly in the last 3 years has been used for 4 Overland trips around Europe. There probably is the occasional light scratch from overhanging bushes that the detailer won't be able to remove and there is a small crack and scratch on the RHR wheel arch (been quoted £150 to repair) but for it's age it really is lovely truck, very presentable and is prepared for many many trips to come. In fact i'd happily drive it down Africa tomorrow given the opportunity.

Here for sale is my Defender TD5 Overlander. You can see lots of details on my YouTube channel  link is below. The vehicle is a unique camper that sleeps 2 on a bed in the rear without dropping seats down. It has had many extras custom built ie twin wheel carrier brush bars, rear crossmember step. BFG 315/75/16 tyres Also has been remapped for performance and economy. Fully serviced just before I arrived in UK on the 26th December. New clutch and slave cylinder along with wheel bearings. Track rods and drop are joints all done recently. Runs great and pulls extremely well when loaded. You can see it has rock sliders among other custome built items like brush bars. Comes with CD BT stereo and CB. I’m selling as I need a bigger vehicle a 110 or 130? The engine has been rebuilt and the cylinder head is the new improved type. Has been well maintained with a folder of history and receipts. Comes complete with  a few Overland items.
