Firstly , this a genuine land rover, looking for a genuine
sale, I have the v5, everything matches up and is an honest defender.
Factory 300tdi, not an early defender with a 300 shoe-horned
in.
300tdi - pump tuned properly.
ARB air locking front and rear differentials with air
compressor and reservoir under seat.
Switches in panel on dashboard, refurbished air seals within
diffs last year.
QT heavy duty castor correction front arms
QT cranked angle rear radius arms
Fully Polly bushed
Old man emu suspension lift kit
285 75 16 insa turbos with hardly any use
Full size spare
Superwinch 9000, never struggles, an awesome winch
Old school Ford xr3 recaro bucket seats fitted.

In the last 6months it's had.

ARB diff seals
All new wheel bearings
2new tyres
New CV joint
New half shaft
New propshafts front and rear
This is my daily driver and I have nipped worn mechanical
parts in the bud and replaced them. It
is in good condition for its age and I shall be sad to see
it go. It's off-road capabilities are
truly exceptional. Everything works exactly as it should.
Negatives, of course there are some it is an old truck now.
The rear door is beyond repair it
needs a new one, they can be had here on eBay new with glass
for £140. The rest of the body has the odd
alloy oxidation and corrosion, but, as you can see in the
pictures it cleans up and presents itself
extremely well. And thats about it really, a VERY capable
off-roader but retains its on road
manners for daily driving.
