He stated that he was not happy with the soft top , I am perplexed by this and have added a couple more photos of the soft top for your perusal or please come & see for yourself. Bought as part of a collection of vehicles, I need to pass this one on reluctantly having too many other commitments. having stood for many years, it was simple to re-commission and is now ready to use (drive away) or improve further. I got underneath it at MOT and has a rock solid chassis having been undersealed some time ago and floorpans replaced. Bulk head is also solid. Shows 20k miles which I understand could be a true reading as many ex-military were d-mobbed with low miles but this reading this cannot be verified. MOTs present dating back to 1990-2004 with corresonding mileage . has been SORN since. engine starts effortlessly every time and runs, revs and idles beautifully but does overrun when switched off, gear change, drive & brakes work as they should. Has a fuel tank switch for twin tanks but only one fitted. 3 new seats in front & rear bench seats, new canvas top. comes with a fitted rollbar (easily removable ) & rear spare wheel holder ( see photo ) hand painted coachwork is solid but needs work for a better look ( whoever did this also painted aluminium trims grille & bumpers ? ) wrong wheels fitted for a butch look, (i was planning to revert to original for drive-ability & original look.) tow bar & electrics fitted ( not tested)
