1969 Land Rover 2a restoration project.
has been off the road for a number of years now and sadly
selling due to other interests. has no mot or tax.
the engine runs but is a bit smoky and misfires slightly
until warm. runs with good oil pressure (see pic)
is currently running on a fuel tank under the bonnet as its
tanks fuel pipes have split.
the chassis is not in the best of condition and can only be
described as rotten. the worst areas being above the front axle and the rear
cross member. replacement or a lot of welding would be required. The drivers
side front wing has also taken a knock at some point.
is tax exempt
does drive and has free wheeling hubs.
interior has been changed at some point to range rover seats
(one ripped) with a wooden centre box. the floor is also currently sat in
place, not bolted down.
comes with V5 and a few old mot documents from its past.
