This is a genuine Series 2 produced from April 1958 until late 1961
not the much more common 2a produced from 1961 until 1970 Chassis number 141003864. Registered 7958 VX in Essex on 22nd August 1960. The registration number is transferable if you wish although I think it would be a shame to part it after all this time. New V5 reg document present. Original chassis plate present and correct. The 2.25 Petrol engine runs well and all gears select correctly. Not been on the road for a few years but used on private land. You could do some welding,sort the brakes and use as is or it is a good oppurtunity to restore a Series 2 that retains its valuable original reg number.
