The Land Rover Defender is an off-road vehicle produced under this name by the British manufacturer, Land Rover, since 1991. However, the vehicle is the direct heir of the first Land Rover that made its debut in 1948. The first prototype was built by the British automaker in 1947 and it was designed for the army. This iconic car was improved over the years and it has been known for generations as a national treasure.

1979 Land Rover Series 3 - show condition no rust or damage 41000 genuine miles
Reluctant sale of an immaculate series 3 Landrover. This fabulous vehicle has only 41000 miles from new and is in pristine original condition with only a fresh coat of paint applied to restore the gloss finish. It has 5 new Michelin tyres on 5 freshly restored wheels and has an MOT that runs to February 2017, so this vehicle is ready for show or work. The body work has no damage or rust anywhere and is in mint condition. Interior is excellent with no tears or damages. This Landrover is a real head turner and is a sound investment as a legendary British icon
