Land Rover Series 2A 1965 Historic Vehicle Zero Vehicle Excise Duty

Sellers Comments - It started life in 1965 as a military FFR 24V wireless truck. It left military service after ten years. It was converted to 12 volts a long time ago by a previous owner, but there are a few remnants of its previous identity: a few redundant electrical bits on the bulkhead and (I think) oil cooler mounting points on the chassis in front of the radiator. You can see from the photos it's a “bitsa”. It has newish electronic dizzy, carb, and starter motor, prop shaft, radiator, exhaust. It is on modern wheels with Hankook mud tyres, but it does come with a set of old wheels. It comes with a many receipts showing what's been bought for it over the years.
