The Land Rover Defender is an off-road vehicle produced under this name by the British manufacturer, Land Rover, since 1991. However, the vehicle is the direct heir of the first Land Rover that made its debut in 1948. The first prototype was built by the British automaker in 1947 and it was designed for the army. This iconic car was improved over the years and it has been known for generations as a national treasure.

Landrover Series 2a - 1969 crossover 6 cylinder barn find
Sellers Comments - Here we have for sale a very nice example of a 1969 crossover with Maltese grill - these vehicles are becoming increasingly hard to find in this condition with this great patina. A great resortation project for someone to undertake. The vehicle itself will probably warrant from a new chassis but is not beyond repair from a competent welder. In whole the body work is very straight there are some dings and dates but she is 47 years old. She will need to be trailered away.
