Land Rover-left-hand-drive-109-ambulance-USA-EXPORTABLE

Land Rover LEFT HAND DRIVE 109 ambulance. Ex MOD.
This 109 ambulance has spent most of its life in Abu Dhabi before being exported back to the uk. With the climate it has been in being super dry the Land Rover is completely solid with no rust to chassis at all. Under the chassis paint the chassis is perfect with what looks to be a powder coat finish as can be seen in the pictures. The van is completely straight, no knocks bangs or dinks.
Since I have had the van, I have had it rewired, new battery, new starter motor, new distributor, HT leads, spark plugs and rotor arm.
New brakes, which are tight at the moment and need to be worn in.
The van has been converted inside, bulk head removed, insulated and cushioned material coverings to rear  cab walls. All the doors and cab floors have been checker plated. Leather seats in the front, which are electric but I have not had them working. The back of the van would make an excellent camper conversion with a lot of space, you could easily seat 10 people in the back. The van has air conditioning fitted which was working before the  new wiring harness was fitted, don't think it will take much to put it right. The wiring the previous owner had put in it was a bit of a mess, my Land Rover mechanic put it back to standard so front and rear spot lights need wiring back in, the same with the air con.
It has 5 new adventuro tyres on new rims.
One key locks and unlocks all of the doors.
Body work carried out by Marshall of Cambridge.
This is the last 109 model before it changed to defender. It is the 2.25l petrol model, with original engine which has only covered 36k. The bad point is the paint has begun to flake around the front window and on the roof but is in overall good condition.
Matching chassis and engine and would be eligible for export to the USA 🇺🇸. If you are buying from over seas I would be able to transport to Liverpool docks if the buyer arranged export. I have paper work from when it was purchased from the MOD and paper work from its export back to the uk.
The van has 9 months mot with no advisories.
This van is in great condition for its age with no rust and very straight and would make an excellent go anywhere camper conversion with very little work to get it there.
No bidders with a feed back of less than 20 unless you have spoken to me first, £100 deposit to be payed by no more than 12 hours after auction finishing. I can keep hold of the van for the winning bidder if they need time to arrange export but  I would need a £500 holding fee then remainder of balance when export has been arranged.
