Sellers Comments -
Tax exempt.

All registered in correct colour and with v5.

Has always been a pickup. Was originally used on an airfield by the enviroment agency until around 1995.
This has had a full rebuild over the last 12 months onto a galvanised chassis, all new suspension with parabolic springs, new bushes, links etc. It was originally twin tank, all this has been refitted except the second tank which I haven't got to sorting yet but will come with car.

There are loads of new parts so many to list. All solid, bulkhead fully repaired.
All new brakes with upgrade to twin leading shoe fronts on slightly later front axle so servo fitted for better use in modern traffic. All done with correct parts and cylinders. Original axle is included if wanted.

All panels are the ones it came with and have been painted in tintable  Upol raptor apart from the bed which is black. There are some scratches and flaws in the paint. Don't get me wrong it looks good but it's not a professional paint job as it's been done in the garage at home.

All new seats, custom done with all new seat belts. Runs and drives as it should. Engine has been serviced but not fully stripped and overhauled it just doesn't need it but has things like new gaskets, water pump, fuel pump, barttery etc.. Still running on points as it should, carb stripped and cleaned. Any original parts I have kept where practicable.

I built this car to keep as a bit of a toy and my son wanted to drive it but he can't get insured on it. This is the second one I have done so we decided to keep it, but I just don't use it. It's done less than fifty miles since Mot 20th April. I'm just not in area it gets used much and it should be in use daily.

If was honest i think I enjoy doing them than driving round in them.

Any questions please ask. I have hundreds of pictures of the strip n build which can be available on request. Viewing welcome by arrangement.

I believe the chassis is a Marslands, I have welded the second outrigger to hold dual tanks and it's all sealed and waxed with dinitrol internally.

The only thing I haven't got is the end cover that goes over the wiper motor. Intention was to get one in September at the Land Rover show.
4x4 works but only driven it a few yards up the road so not to damage it. Very little in the way of oil leaks as most seals replaced.

Also comes with a set of rear hoops to put a 3/4 cover on.

I have reduced the price slightly to come in line with the thoughts of fellow club members. It is agreed value at £6500 on insurance.
