This is a very rare opportunity to become the proud owner of this lovingly restored Series One Land Rover which has been in my family for 25 years. There were only 80 of these in the two wheel drive format ever made, & they were used as Military Staff cars. It has been restored for 5 years. It has an 88 inch pickup cab which is in excellent condition for it's age. The chassis is in excellent, original condition with no repairs. The panels are all original. It has new tyres, brakes & suspension. At present it is fitted with a 2.25 series 2A engine & gearbox, but the original ones are here waiting to be restored & fitted. All original engine, gearbox & chassis numbers match the date January 1958. The production of the Series One ended in February 1958 so this is one of the last ever to be produced.
