The Land Rover Defender is an off-road vehicle produced under this name by the British manufacturer, Land Rover, since 1991. However, the vehicle is the direct heir of the first Land Rover that made its debut in 1948. The first prototype was built by the British automaker in 1947 and it was designed for the army. This iconic car was improved over the years and it has been known for generations as a national treasure.

Land Rover Defender 110 Utility Ex Western Power camper high top project 200 TDI
Sellers Comments - 1992 Ex Western Power - Defender 110 Utility - 200 TDI High Top - Camper / project / donor - LSD Salisbury rear axle, engine perfect + newer than chassis, gearbox / Diff run perfect, 119k miles on the chassis, less on the engine, the engine code on the block differs to V5.
Western power original high spec + extras, air compressor (?), Super Winch, NOT double skinned extra heavy duty chassis that some utility LR’s had, chassis in fair condition will need some patch welding. He obviously needs work, new bulkhead + TLC etc. Has been SORN for since we bought him direct from WP in 2003 and has only been used around our grounds for light loads of logs etc, has not seen salty main roads for 18 years! Has done barely any mileage around 2k since 2003....
Please make me an offer - we are considering all reasonable + genuine offers as I am looking for the "right buyer", one with experience of restoring old land rovers / converting them into campers that can be re-sold for $$$$, I re-sale mega spec ex army/MoD stuff so please no silly offers, the high top roof spans the cockpit towards the engine bay which adds a huge amount of potential extra storage space - there is a separate ex Western power Box Trailer (internally clad) that is available separately too, ideal Camper conversion Pod so you could set up the LR with the trailer for the ultimate camper duo !
