Upgrade the headlights in your Defender to these new Crystal Halogen headlights with new style LED 'Angel Eye' side light.

This product is the only product we are aware of on the market that is Right Hand Drive Angel Eye that is a direct replacement for the Lucas 7" headlight

These lights are RHD MOT passing headlights with the correct UK beam pattern.

All other Angel Eye headlights are American Motorbike headlights that have a flat beam pattern. This means that the pedestrians on the pavement cannot be seen when driving at night as there is no "kick up" beam pattern to the left. If you like driving your car fast and safely then these are the headlights for you ! 

The light pattern is set by the reflector not by the lens (as on standard headlights) so the lens is smooth giving a cleaner sharper appearance to the lights.

These lights give up to 25% more light output than standard headlights even using the same bulb !

ALL new cars use this new technology for the headlights and this is one major reason modern cars have much better lights

In addition to the better technology the reflector on these lights are made from plastic and so will not rust or corrode like the older metal ones.

Glass lens ensures scratch free lens and long life.

These lights use Halogen H4 bulbs ( not included ) which you should have in your old lights ( unless you have sealed be units fitted )

These lights are not E Marked but are RHD MOT passing lights.

This listing is for a PAIR of headlights complete with LED side lights and rubber caps for the bulb ( no main H4 headlight bulbs are included ).

We have run these lights with 90/100W H4 bulbs with no problems.

These lights will fit into Lucas metal bowls also Lucas and Wipac plastic bowls.

1969 Land Rover SWB 2.25 Petrol

You are looking at an extremely tidy 1969 Land Rover SWB 2.25 Petrol which was lovingly restored to a high standard by the previous owner and has been kept dry and run frequently over the last two years. I am told the engine was restored 5 years ago and I have enjoyed every journey, starting first time and ticking over smoothly once clear of these sub-zero temperatures (The choke never lets you down).
In Summer, I have removed the cab top to enjoy as a convertible and in winter the heater is on full and an absolute saviour. The interior was restored 5 years ago with fitted Exmoor Trim Highback seats and inertia seatbelts on all 3 seats. I will include the Exmoor seat-belt bar that bolts onto the top of the bulkhead when the roof is off, so that you can have seatbelts whether the roof is on or not. I don't take it off-road, only for pottering around but the free-wheel does work brilliantly.
Serviced and MOT'd by a local Land Rover specialist, I have to top up the oil once every 4-6 months depending on usage and recently had to replace a light bulb. That's it. Everything is solid from the recent restoration.
Although the Land Rover is kept in a secure lock up in the country when I am away in London, it does get plenty of attention and regular outings throughout the year as my step-father who lives nearby, also enjoys a potter and a tinker having been a mechanic. I believe we have covered about 1500 miles and as a pure investment at the time, can positively add that the wear and tear is minimal and the vehicle is in 5 star order as was intended by us both.
This is a practical pick-up with towing ball and electrics (I haven't used it to tow) as well as the option to convert and modify as you should see fit. Everything about it gleams with restored components and styling and should make the next owner a very contented and happy person indeed. Tax exempt and incredibly low insurance.
I have loved every minute of this vehicle but sadly need to take the step to absolute adulthood now and look to buy a house.
The photos here are a couple of years old but truly are honest in their depiction of the vehicle now. Nothing has changed and she purrs along wonderfully. Please call to discuss specifics or to arrange a viewing.
