The Land
Rover started out in life as 200 Tdi, but has since had a low mileage 300 Tdi
installed, along with a 300 Tdi gearbox and a Discovery transfer box making it
far more pleasurable to use and drive daily. Not only does it mean you can
cruise at higher speeds, it is also more economical.

Exterior
wise, you can see that the truck is stunning. It has recently undergone a full
professional paint job, and the finish is excellent. It is not your usual
ageing Defender finish! It is the
standard that you would expect on a modern car. The roof has been finished in
black, and a newer style grill etc has been fitted bringing the truck into the
21st century! ~ Just look at the photo
of it sat next to a younger brother for comparison! (I personally would put a
private plate on the truck and it really would look ageless.)

which can be seen in the photo if you look closely, and I will try and get this

The chassis
is excellent, and was wax oiled annually by its former keeper. The rear cross
member has been changed, and is so good it literally shines! The alloys are
literally spotless, and she has been recently shod with 4 brand new tyres.
Tucked behind the smart wheels, she is sat on disc brakes all round, so stops
as well as she goes!

The tuck
has also benefited from a 2 inch lift kit. It has been tastefully done and
doesn't look silly.

The
interior is again excellent, and has had some nice modern touches added. These
include a fabulous multi media entertainment unit with full Sat Nav, USB,
Bluetooth Handsfree, iPod connection etc etc. This is linked up to some pretty
serious speakers!

The floors
have all been fully carpeted and sound deadened, front and rear. It has also
had new insulated headlining all the way through. There is also a new Britpart
centre cubby box with cup holders.

minor let down inside is a couple of small tears in the passenger seat base.

The engine
is on the button, and has again had money thrown at it. It has recently had a
new Cylinder-head and head gasket as there was a hairline crack in the
original.

So, I have
described what we have here today, but will quickly run a low down on the
trucks history as far as I have been informed.

In 2007 it
had done 150,000 miles, but was then off the road until 2012. It was during
this time that it underwent its transformation. The engine fitted had done
68,000 miles, and at this time a replacement clock was fitted to match the
mileage. As she sits today, it has now done 77,000. During this time, quite
literally everything has been done, so you are buying a Land Rover that has
been built to last, with one of the nicest engines you could wish for!
